Shipping policy

This policy explains order processing, estimated transit times and destination charges. Product availability and any order-specific freight terms shown on a written quotation or order confirmation take precedence.

Canadian-stock products

Selected seal kits and O-ring products are stocked in Surrey, British Columbia. Orders with cleared payment and complete fitment information received before 2 PM PT are normally processed the same business day. Orders received after the cutoff are normally processed the next business day. Processing may take longer during weekends, statutory holidays, inventory checks, address verification or unusual order volumes.

Special-order and sourced products

Products that are made to order, sourced on request or not held in Canadian stock have individual lead times. Hydraulic cylinder assemblies and other technical components are scheduled after the required specification, payment and written approval are complete. The confirmed quotation or order acknowledgement states the applicable estimate.

Estimated transit times

• Canada: commonly 2-7 business days after dispatch.
• United States: commonly 3-10 business days after dispatch, subject to carrier routing and customs clearance.
• Other destinations: estimated individually with the quotation or shipping option.

Transit times are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier capacity, remote-area service, customs review and events outside our control can cause delays.

Shipping charges and large freight

Standard shipping charges may be calculated at checkout. Large, heavy, oversized or custom items, including many hydraulic cylinder assemblies, are quoted separately. Unless a written quotation states otherwise, unloading equipment, limited-access delivery, re-delivery, storage and address-correction charges are not included.

Duties, taxes and brokerage

For cross-border shipments, the recipient is responsible for import duties, sales taxes, customs brokerage and other destination charges unless the written quotation expressly states that these charges are included. Courier clearance or disbursement fees may be separate from government duties and taxes. Preferential tariff treatment is never assumed and applies only when the goods and supporting documentation meet the applicable rules.

Tracking, damage and address changes

Tracking is provided when available. Inspect the shipment promptly and keep all packaging if damage is visible. Contact us with photos of the package, label and product as soon as possible so a carrier claim can be assessed. Address changes are not guaranteed after an order enters processing, and extra carrier fees caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses may be charged to the customer.
