SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time
All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day. Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST Monday–Friday will ship the same day. Weekend and holiday orders ship the next business day.

Shipping Destinations
We ship across Canada and the United States from our warehouse in Surrey, BC. For orders to other countries, please contact us at info@powersoon.ca for a custom quote.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
• Canada: 2–5 business days via Canada Post, Purolator, or FedEx Ground
• USA: 3–7 business days via FedEx Ground or UPS
• Express shipping (1–2 business days) available at checkout for urgent orders

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Orders over $300 CAD ship free within Canada.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track orders through your PowerSoon account.

Customs and Duties (US orders)
Orders shipping to the USA may be subject to customs duties or import taxes determined by US Customs. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Most seal kits and hydraulic parts qualify under CUSMA/USMCA for reduced duties.

Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your tracking shows no movement for 5+ business days, or if your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact us immediately at info@powersoon.ca or +1 604-728-3726. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents within 48 hours and email us. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
