Selected products stocked in Surrey, BC are normally processed the same business day when payment and fitment details are complete before 2 PM PT. Orders received later are normally processed the next business day. Carrier pickup, weekends, holidays and address issues can affect timing.

We review the machine application, cylinder position, OEM reference and available drawings or samples before confirming a cylinder. Large and special-order cylinders are quoted with an application-specific specification, price and lead time. Production begins only after technical and commercial approval.

No. Unless a product is expressly identified as genuine OEM, it is an aftermarket replacement product. The product page or written quotation identifies the supplied option. Manufacturer names, model numbers and part numbers are used only to identify compatibility.

Standard products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, uninstalled, complete and in resaleable condition. Authorization is required before sending anything back.
