WARRANTY POLICY

12-Month Limited Warranty
PowerSoon Equipment Ltd. warrants that all excavator seal kits, O-ring boxes, and hydraulic parts sold on powersoon.ca are free from manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase, under normal use and proper installation.

What Is Covered
• Premature failure of seal materials under normal operating conditions
• Manufacturing defects (dimensional errors, material inconsistencies)
• Defects that cause hydraulic leakage within the first 12 months when installed according to OEM specifications

What Is NOT Covered
• Damage from improper installation or use of incorrect tools
• Wear due to contaminated hydraulic fluid or foreign debris
• Failure caused by operating outside OEM pressure or temperature ranges
• Damage from modifications, repairs, or alterations to the seal
• Consequential damages to the cylinder, pump, or other hydraulic components
• Parts that have been used beyond the 12-month period

How to File a Warranty Claim
1. Email info@powersoon.ca within the warranty period
2. Include:
   - Your order number
   - Photographs of the failed seal (close-up + installation context)
   - Description of the failure symptoms
   - Machine model, serial number, and operating hours when the failure occurred
3. Our technical team will respond within 2 business days
4. If the claim is approved, we will ship a free replacement or issue a refund

Installation Requirements
For warranty to remain valid:
• Seals must be installed by a qualified mechanic
• Cylinder bore and rod surfaces must be inspected and within OEM tolerances
• Hydraulic fluid must be clean and to OEM specification
• All o-rings, wipers, and backup rings in the kit must be replaced together (mixing old and new components voids warranty)

Limitations
Our maximum liability under this warranty is limited to the purchase price of the defective part. PowerSoon Equipment Ltd. is not liable for loss of machine use, downtime costs, third-party labor, or consequential damages.
