Warranty Policy

Our limited warranty covers qualifying manufacturing and material defects. The coverage period and remedy depend on the product category and the written order terms.

Seal kits and O-ring products

Unless different terms are stated on the product page or order confirmation, PowerSoon-branded aftermarket seal kits and O-ring products are covered for 12 months from delivery against defects in material or manufacture under normal, correctly specified use.

Complete cylinders and sourced parts

Warranty terms for complete hydraulic cylinders, custom products and other sourced parts are stated on the applicable quotation, product page or order confirmation. These items do not automatically receive the same coverage as standard seal-kit products.

What is not covered

The warranty does not cover normal wear, incorrect fitment caused by incomplete or inaccurate application information, installation damage, contamination, corrosion, scored or worn mating hardware, abnormal pressure or temperature, misuse, accident, improper storage, unauthorized modification or repair, or failure to follow equipment and component service procedures.

How to make a claim

Contact info@powersoon.ca with the order number, machine model and serial number, component position, installation date, operating hours and clear photos or video showing the issue. Do not discard the product. We may require return and inspection before deciding a claim.

Available remedies

For an approved claim, PowerSoon may repair the product, supply a replacement, provide an appropriate credit or refund the purchase price, at our option and subject to applicable law. Unless required by law or expressly agreed in writing, the warranty does not cover labour, removal, reinstallation, equipment downtime, lost production, freight beyond the approved claim process or indirect and consequential loss.

This limited warranty is in addition to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
