Refund policy

  <p class="ps-prose__lead">We want the supplied part to match the confirmed application. Please obtain return authorization before shipping any item back.</p>

  <h2>Standard products</h2>
  <p>You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unused, uninstalled, complete, clean and in resaleable condition, with the original identification and packaging where supplied. Proof of purchase is required.</p>

  <h2>Return authorization</h2>
  <p>Email info@powersoon.ca before returning a product. Include the order number, reason for return and clear photos. We will provide the return address and instructions if the request is approved. Items sent without authorization may be refused or delayed.</p>

  <h2>Return shipping and original freight</h2>
  <p>For an approved standard return, the customer is responsible for return shipping and transit risk. Original shipping charges are not refundable. If we confirm that the wrong item was shipped or that a covered manufacturing defect is present, we will arrange the appropriate return, replacement or refund process.</p>

  <h2>Custom and special-order products</h2>
  <p>Made-to-order, custom-dimension and special-order products, including hydraulic cylinder assemblies produced or sourced to an approved specification, are final sale once technical and commercial approval has been given. This does not limit a valid claim for a covered manufacturing defect or a written exception stated in the quotation.</p>

  <h2>Inspection and refunds</h2>
  <p>Returned products are inspected after receipt. Installed, contaminated, incomplete, damaged or incorrectly packaged items may not qualify for a refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank and card processing times vary and are outside our control.</p>

  <h2>Fitment information</h2>
  <p>Where our recommendation was based on accurate and complete machine model, serial number, component location and OEM part reference supplied before purchase, contact us promptly if the product does not match the confirmed application. Returns resulting from incomplete or incorrect application information are handled under the standard-return conditions above.</p>
