RETURN & REFUND POLICY

30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
β€’ Unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging
β€’ In the same condition as received
β€’ Accompanied by proof of purchase

Wrong Fit Guarantee
If the seal kit does not fit your machine β€” even if our fitment data indicated it would β€” we cover return shipping. Simply email us a photo of the part alongside your machine's serial number plate and we will issue a prepaid return label.

How to Request a Return
1. Email info@powersoon.ca with your order number and reason for return
2. We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions
3. Ship the item back in original packaging
4. Once received and inspected (2–3 business days), refund is issued to your original payment method

Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving the return. Your bank or credit card company may take an additional 5–10 business days to post the refund.

Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned:
β€’ Items that have been installed, used, or show signs of wear
β€’ Custom-ordered or special-order parts (Hard-to-Find service)
β€’ Items returned without original packaging

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund including shipping costs.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order for the correct part.

Restocking Fee
No restocking fees for standard returns. Special-order items may incur a 15% restocking fee if cancellation occurs after sourcing.

Warranty Claims
See our separate Warranty Policy for manufacturing defects covered under our 12-month warranty.
